We accept returns only if:- The product was damaged upon delivery
- The wrong item or pack size was sent
- The product must be unused and sealed
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Provide photos or video proof
Refunds
Refunds are issued when:- The returned product is approved
- Or we fail to deliver your order

Because this is a food product:- Opened, used, or damaged bags (after delivery) cannot be returned
- Products purchased on discount are non-refundable unless damaged
